Laser cutting

A laser is a concentrated beam of light that has become an indispensable technology in modern manufacturing. Laser technology enables fast, efficient and highly precise cutting of metals, whether for intricate contours or complex geometries. The resulting cut edges are smooth and burr-free, eliminating the need for additional finishing.

Die bending

Drawing on our extensive expertise in die bending, we manufacture metal components that are precisely engineered to meet your exact requirements. You can count on our experience and quality.

Welding

Welding, the “permanent joining of components by applying heat or pressure”, has long been part of HA-BE’s service portfolio.

Assembly

For HA-BE, the sheet metal process chain involves more than just manufacturing the components. The HA-BE production system enables the efficient and error-free final assembly of complete products.

Surface treatment

Surface treatment is an essential part of the sheet metal process chain. Whether technical surfaces, corrosion protection or aesthetic elements, a perfect surface enhances the appearance of the whole product.
