• HA-BE respects internationally recognized human rights.
• The standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) are observed without exception.
• Employees have the right to join, form, and participate in trade unions and employee representative bodies.
• Forced and compulsory labor are prohibited, and child labor is not permitted.
• Compensation and benefits comply with applicable national minimum standards.
• Equal opportunities are ensured regardless of ethnic origin, skin color, gender, disability, ideology, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, social background, or political beliefs, provided these are based on democratic principles.
• Discrimination, including bullying and harassment, is strictly prohibited.

2. Conflicts of Interest

HA-BE places great importance on ensuring that employees do not encounter conflicts between their personal interests and those of the company while carrying out their professional duties.

3. Prevention of Conflicts of Interest and Corruption

• No employee may exploit the company’s business relationships for personal gain, the benefit of others, or to the detriment of the company.
• No employee may obtain or accept improper personal benefits in business dealings, including cash, vouchers, discounts, financing of any kind, or material assets.

• Every employee is required to observe and comply with competition and antitrust regulations.

5. Data Protection and Information Security

HA-BE respects and protects confidential information relating to employees, applicants, customers, and suppliers.
