Die Geburtsstunde von HA-BE
Dominik Pache gründet das Unternehmen nahe Stuttgart.
We are a globally active, innovative technology partner for our customers.
Our strengths lie in innovation, outstanding quality, highly efficient and clean processes, and excellent performance.
Our success is built on shared values and goals.
As a family-owned company, we act sustainably to strengthen our independence, profitability, and competitiveness.
We expect every employee to show full commitment to the company in both good times and challenging times.
Taking responsibility
“The path to success begins on the day you take full responsibility for your actions.”
Having or taking responsibility means possessing the ability and willingness to make one’s own conscious decisions and to stand by the possible consequences. This applies equally to one’s actions and one’s omissions. Carrying greater responsibility also means deciding responsibly in the interest of the company’s goals. But taking responsibility is not limited to decisions and successes. Whoever held the corresponding authority is equally accountable for mistakes and setbacks. Dealing with negative consequences is therefore just as important a part of accountability. Taking true responsibility also means acknowledging mistakes and finding solutions.
Respect
“Always respect yourself, respect others, and take responsibility for your actions.”
Respect is a form of especially high attention, regard, esteem and admiration towards others. We have respect for people, nature or institutions. Respect ensures that a person can preserve their dignity and thus their autonomy. It is reflected in the protection of human dignity as the most important message of the constitution. Respect means honouring the integrity of a person, showing them esteem, valuing another human being and recognising the worth in the fact that he or she is different. Disrespectful behaviour, by contrast, is an expression of disregard, a lack of decency or contempt.
Loyalty
“The most important loyalty of an artist is towards quality.”
Loyalty describes faithful, affirming, lawful and supportive behaviour of one person towards another person or a group. A person is loyal when they show unconditional respect to a (usually higher) authority, another person or a group, or protect and defend them to the outside world. In doing so, one’s own values need not fully align with the values of that other authority, person or group. Named and agreed fundamental shared values as well as legal principles foster loyalty and, at best, form a kind of mission (an honourable calling). In general, loyalty arises when emotional or rational alignments (goals, values, challenges) exist. Loyalty is expressed in one’s behaviour towards the person or group to which one is loyally bound. Loyal behaviour is based on fidelity, integrity, decency, trust, conformity, virtue and faith.
Creativity
“Creativity means breaking free from rigid rules and letting your imagination guide you toward remarkable results.”
Creativity is the ability to produce work that is both new and meaningful. It describes the human capacity to generate thoughts that are essentially new and were not previously known to the person who produced them. It serves to solve a problem, improve a situation and accomplish an existing goal. Creativity requires openness to experience, a sense of responsibility and high general cognitive ability. The creative process is usually described as a typical sequence of problem identification (recognising problems), a preparation phase (gathering the necessary information), a generation phase (developing possible solutions) and an evaluation phase (analysing the solutions).
Our management is responsible for shaping the company’s global development with a clear strategic vision.
